I told you I loved this bunny and I wasn't kidding! Here's more I created with it and this time the little critter was stamped in PTI's Spring Moss. I covered some Good News candy bars with Doodlebug paper and added this cute tag!

Here Comes Peter Cottontail
Easter is just around the corner and I love all the crafting you can do for this holiday. The pastel colors and cute images are so much fun to play with. PTI just came out with an adorable bunny stamp set (and coordinating die) and I've been going to town stamping it in every color! I put together all sorts of different goodie bags and these are just a few.
Here's a close up. The Polka Dot Parade #1 stamp set comes with this sentiment and some other options for only $5. LOVE IT!
Thanks for stopping by!

Little Twin Stars
My 6-year-old nieces were in a JC Penny's commercial that aired during the Academy Awards and my son was so excited when he saw his cousins on TV. After rewinding it about 20 times, he was so cute and said, "I wanna send them mail." He wanted to send them a congratulatory card so I created this card and he wrote on the inside. When the twins were younger, we would sometimes refer to them as Little Twin Stars so I used this "vintage"sticker as the focal point. I say "vintage" because this sticker is from a collection of stickers I had as a child. I used to collect and trade stickers. My mom has been hounding me to clean out my old room so I recently went through boxes of stickers. I got rid of a lot of them, but some like this, were too cute to part with (and I don't think they make a lot of them anymore).
Happy Monday! Got a lot more in store for this week, so come visit me again!

Birthday Dessert
Here's a fun card I created using strips of paper to create a diagonal background. I got the idea from what a many bloggers are doing with washi tape, but I used a variety of Doodlebug DP so the colors coordinated. Stamps are from Hero Arts "Fantastic Birthday" and "My Favorite." Also finding it fun to use sequins for a little added bling and dimension.

Birthday Flags
Happy Monday! Today I have a fun project that was inspired by an extra wooden box I found as I was cleaning out my craft supplies. I painted it, wrapped some DP around the middle and added Sister Stamps' BFFs image. I made the flags using the Spellbinders Pennants Die and some skewers. I added a "Happy Birthday" laser cut image from Island Scrapbooking and some punched out stars and hearts. I tied on some cute red and white baker's twine and this completed a sweet birthday gift.

Sweet Favors
Happy Monday Everyone! It was a busy weekend. I had a craft garage sale with a friend on Saturday and got rid of some things I cleaned out. New year resolution #3 checked off the list! If you watched the Super Bowl yesterday, congrats Ravens fans! I have to admit I really watch it for the opening show, half-time show and commercials and this year, the power outage made for a little more excitement! Beyonce rocked it and Alicia Keyes did a beautiful rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner. Most moving was the Sandy Hook Elementary Choir and Jennifer Hudson singing America the Beautiful! Hope you had a nice weekend!
For today's project, I made some favors for a lunch my mom was having with a few of her women friends. I used one of my favorite candy bars, the Big Island Candies crunch bars. They don't sell these in the store because they're fundraiser bars so they're a little harder to find. I covered the bar with some pink cardstock and overlaid it with a doily. I stamped and punched out a "thank you" sentiment and adhered it with pop dots. It's finished off with some Bakers Twine and heart clothes pin from Target's dollar bin. Simple and pretty!

Sister Stamps Release #11 - Release Day & Winners!
It's Sister Stamps release day (woo hoo!) and here's a little extra project using the cute zodiac monkey. I tried to create a scene where monkey is looking at the night sky and its falling stars. I punched out stars of different shapes and temporarily adhered them to white cardstock. Then I distressed around them with Dusty Concord and Broken China Distress Inks. I took the temporary stars off and it left the star images in white. To make them sparkle, I filled them in with Crystal Stickles. In addition, I hung a silver glitter star (SU glitter cardstock) and a red heart (PTI tiny tags) from baker's twine. I added a few tiny silver star stickers and a PTI birthday sentiment.
Here are the stamps available for purchase today and if you're not sure where they're available, check out the official Sisters Stamps blog for retail outlets.
