I saw samples of this chick template on Lauren Meader's blog and had to have it. This became my Easter project this year and I even taught the Hui O' Wahine women's club how to make it. I used 8" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/8" colored bags and cut the height down to 4-1/2". I added a handle using Martha Stewart's Deep Edger Doily Lace punch and affixed it with brads. The yellow feathers really added a nice finish to this project. This chick's face is so cute, I just want to squeeze its cheeks!!
