Sister Stamps Release #20 - Minako

It's day 3 of Sister Stamps release and today I'm featuring Minako. Although I've never been a huge fan of Valentine's Day, I do love all the cute red and pink things that come out around this holiday. I decided to use this sweet color combination and create a birthday card instead.

I hope you've enjoyed the introduction of new images. They're all so cute it's hard to choose a favorite.  The stamps will be available for purchase tomorrow and you can find a list of retailers on the official Sister Stamps blog.

Sister Stamps Release #20 - Misaki

Thanks for stopping by for day 2 of Sister Stamps Release #20. Today, I'm featuring Misaki and the idea for this card was influenced by my 5-year-old son. He's totally into the colors of the rainbow so I thought it would be fun to make a birthday card by cutting the word "happy" out of the colors of the rainbow. And to make it even more cheery, I added Bakers Twine in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple!
On the inside, I stamped "birthday" using PTI's Wonderful Birthday Words and added a smaller Hero Arts sentiment. The birds are part of the Misaki image but I decided to separate them and use them on the inside. This card makes me happy!

Be sure to pay a visit to the other girls below and I'll be back again tomorrow with one more post.

Sister Stamps Release #20 - Harumi

Wow! It's been awhile since I've blogged, but I'm back with some of the cutest new Sister Stamps images to be released on February 1. I'll be posting over the next three days so I hope you'll be inspired by what you see!

The first image I decided to play with is Harumi! I took to this stamp immediately because of it's versatility and endless possibilities. I wanted to do something for Valentine's Day and used Doodlebug's pixies as my starting point. I think they're supposed to be used for cupcakes but I thought they'd be fun on this card. I've been seeing a lot of angled layers on cards lately so I incorporated it here. It was hard to find the perfect sentiment for this, but putting together three different Hero Arts stamps worked out nicely.  I'm happy with how playful this turned out and hope it inspires you in some way.
